Just over 13 years ago Nikzad sold his first home as a new realtor entering the Calgary market. As the years went by he became aware of the fluctuations in the market and how that uncertainty called for new ways to help his clients buy or sell a home. With the downturns and volatility he was able to adapt and offer another level of service to his clientele. Property management. Through years of acquiring this skill set he is now providing a full scale of real estate services through Urban Dwellings. With his vast knowledge of real estate investment and sales Nikzad continues to provide exceptional value to his clients. The rewarding experience of helping people find their homes or investment properties is something that continues to inspire Nikzad in his vision for the business.

With years of experience in real estate customer care and property management, Neelam brings a diverse set of entrepreneurial skills to the table including creating systems and processes, marketing and social media, growth strategies, client engagement as well as the handling and care of all day to day operations. With a genuine passion in real estate and investing she is proud to grow and nurture the business alongside her brother, Nikzad. It's a sibling team and it works! Neelam's modo is to love what you do and do what you love!

Things that are important to Neelam include walks in nature, close to the mountains if possible, lots of play time with the Kassam felines (Leela & Shambho) and the continuous search for the perfect cup of coffee. Isha Yoga, meditation and books on spirituality and personal development are high on the list as are spontaneous get-aways and exploring what this Universe is all about.
